The electro-mechanical cam indexing gearboxes we use offer a well proven and extremely reliable means of achieving fast, reliable, product transfer.

Using a comprehensive range of common machine bases, our team can customise a solution to meet every requirement from semi-automated, manually loaded machines, to full automated multi-machine systems.

Typically using pneumatic pick and place actuation, our rotary systems are equipped to cycle at up to 1.2 seconds to meet a wide range of production requirements. Plus we can also deliver electrical pick and place actuation, currently being widely adopted to deliver greater control and ease of changeover between product sizes and types.
